Can you backup your scrivener work in case of computer failure? After googling this question, the answers are daunting.

@deborah0101 You absolutely can back them up. Either the primary files, or the backup files Scrivener creates. You can even manually create a backup and specify where you want it to go.

I believe there are video tutorials. Where can I find them?  And I use Windows. Thanks!

Hi, I have over a hundred chapters in text files under a single folder. I end up with 3 pages of contents after compiling. I'd rather not have that.

I either want to get rid of the contents list or only have three points for the three parts of the book. 

Any ideas?
